Plenipotentiary for the rights of the child as new institution in the system of social protection of orphaned children and children without parental care

Actual problems in the formation of the institution of Plenipotentiary for the rights of the child in Russia are considered in the article. On the basis of the analysis of the experience of several constituent entities of the Russian Federation recommendations for the increase in efficiency of this institution are offered.
