About use of psychoactive substances in the educational environment of the Fergana region (clinical and epidemiological and preventive aspects)

The formation of dependence on psychoactive substances (surfactants) is one of the important problems in most countries of the world, which has now acquired the importance of state importance, which is due, firstly, to the rapid increase in the number of psychoactive substances involved in the use, and, secondly, to those problems that are the result of antisocial behavior: crime, the development of all kinds of diseases caused by the use of psychoactive substances, the spread of HIV, AIDS. Over the past few years, a steadily high level of recorded prevalence of the use of psychoactive substances has been noted in the world with the systematization and formation of dependence among young people. In addition, there is a "rejuvenation" of the contingent that uses surfactants, acquaintance with toxic-manic substances occurs already at the age of 11-12 years with the erasure of gender differences. A special contribution is made by adolescence itself, which, being a critical period of development, due to its physiological and sociopsychological characteristics leads to maladaptive behavior and the use of surfactants. Official statistics show a less stressful narcological situation among adolescents in the northern regions in comparison with all-Russian indicators, but the problem of involving young people in the use of surfactants remains acute and relevant.
