The article analyzes modern managerial mechanisms of institutionalization processes in the field of science and education. On the basis the institutions essence, the mixed management mechanism predominance of modern processes of institutionalization in the science and education sphere is revealed, the role of institutions in the field of science and education as the most important components of the economy intellectualization process is emphasized.
