Management competencies of managers with different directions of implemented management stylesstyle

The article is devoted to the study of the relationship between the management competencies of enterprise managers and the leading management style they implement. The article describes the results of an empirical study carried out on a sample of 60 managers of domestic enterprises. As a result of the study, data was obtained that can help improve the procedures for selecting employees for leadership positions, their training and adaptation within the framework of coaching programs developed for these purposes.
