Managerial solutions to socio-psychological problems of active longevity

The article analyzes the dynamics of life expectancy of Russians as an indicator of quality of life, the results of which indicate a downward trend of this indicator against the background of a pandemic of a new coronavirus infection. The necessity of the leading role of the state in solving the problems of the population of older age groups in the conditions of demographic aging is substantiated. The use of benchmarking research in the field of active longevity by public authorities has been updated. It is concluded that it is necessary to apply an integrated and systematic approach in the process of developing and implementing government decisions, with the direct participation of the business community and the population.
