Personnel adaptation management in the context of digital business transformation

The article examines modern approaches to personnel adaptation management in the context of the digital transformation of Russian enterprises. Based on an analysis of the practices of leading companies (Sberbank, Gazprom Neft, MTS), effective models of digital onboarding have been identified, and a system for evaluating the effectiveness of adaptation processes has been proposed. Special attention is paid to overcoming resistance to change and the formation of the digital culture of the organization.
