Governing joint-stock companies with state participation in Russia: history, structure, legal basis

Purpose of the study is to of the legal norms related to the formation in Russia of governance mechanisms for state joint-stock companies and law enforcement practice in this area. The methods of systemic, comparative analysis, synthesis, systematization, generalization, as well as the formal legal method were used. Legal, organizational (structural) and historical aspects of governance of joint-stock companies with the participation of the Russian Federation and Russian regions are considered. The features of governance of federal and regional companies are revealed. The research results can be used to solve theoretical and practical problems of governance of joint-stock companies with state participation, as well as to create a more effective legal framework for their support.
