The article defines the direct relationship of the price of capital, as one of the most important factors influencing the determination of the market value of the company. The price of capital, as a basic indicator that ensures the formation of growth in the value of the company, and the feasibility of its use in the specified process. The concept and essence of the cost of capital has been studied. The price of the main sources of capital is determined and the analysis of the feasibility and economic efficiency of each source of capital is carried out, the advantages and main disadvantages of their use are indicated. The weighted average price of capital and the marginal price of the company's capital are considered.
