Human potential management in the interests of innovative development of the region

The purpose of this article is to study the methodological, theoretical and practical foundations of human development in the innovation economy of Uzbekistan. In the new Uzbekistan, entering the third Renaissance, huge funds are being spent on the development of human capital, science, education, health and culture, leading to the development of world civilizations and countries.
