In the article we consider experience and prospects of application of the system approach to management of human resources. Results of experiment on system design of system of training in organization are elaborated with offers on application of other approaches connected with features of a person as the biological and social subject. Tools of consideration are the synergetics, reflexive theatre and Tai-Chi as an example of approach based on oriental philosophy.
