Human resources management as a modern concept of personnel management at the enterprise

The article analyzes the modern concept of human resource management at the enterprise, the theoretical basis on this issue is studied. The peculiarities of the modern approach to human resource management are considered, a comparative characteristic of personnel management and human resource management is shown. As a result, a model of the human resources management system at the enterprise was developed, which includes not only traditional forms of personnel management, but also an innovative approach to management. The optimal option for the formation of competencies for a modern enterprise is proposed. The issues of labor motivation in the framework of the modern concept of human resource management in the enterprise are raised.
