Demography management of urban population in the late XIX century in Southern Urals

The article deals with the demography management of urban population: marriage rate, birthrate, death rate. The marriage rate had an upward trend, while the death rate - a downward one. The cities of Southern Urals had played a progressive role in the birth-rate failing when transiting from the traditional type of birth rating to the modern one, and became the population centers.
