The article examines the issues of managing the diversification of enterprises in the agricultural sector. The factors influencing the choice of the mechanism of diversification of enterprises are analyzed. The problems of enterprises in the agricultural sector of the economy are considered. Conclusions are drawn about the importance of using the diversification mechanism at enterprises in the agricultural sector to minimize risks.
