The article is devoted to the directions of anti-crisis management of the organization. The main directions of increasing business profitability in the event of a crisis are shown. Theoretical approaches and practical experience of changing business processes in an organization are generalized to form centers of financial responsibility and budget cash flows for the implementation of anti-crisis measures in an organization.
