The management of financial resources of the Russian's pension fund

The subject of research is the relationship over the management of financial resources of the Pension Fund. Based on the analysis of open data of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation and statistical indicators of the Federal state statistics service, we propose a set of measures aimed at reducing the dependence of the budget of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation on inter-budget transfers coming from the Federal budget and increasing its own revenues. General scientific methods of analysis, synthesis, and statistical analysis were used as the methodological basis of the study. Managing the resources of the Pension Fund of Russia includes the development of digital technologies in the activities of fiscal authorities that increase the collection of» salary «mandatory payments, equalizing the fiscal burden for all payers of insurance premiums that apply special tax regimes, including the tax on professional income, and developing a «road map» for the phased introduction of voluntary funded pension insurance. The results of the study can be implemented in the practice of state and non-state pension funds and insurance companies in order to improve the efficiency of pension provision. Joint implementation of economic and social policies within the framework of national projects will ensure the sustainable functioning of a socially-oriented economy.
