The article considers ways to manage the innovative adaptation of agro-industrial enterprises, taking into account the innovative susceptibility. Innovative susceptibility is considered as the most important characteristic that allows us to judge the readiness of the enterprise to changes and adaptability to new conditions of the economic environment. Prospects of development of agro-defined innovation activity due to the need to increase demand and increased competition.
