Management of the intellectual capital in the conditions of innovative economy

The article is concerned with specifics of management in the conditions of the innovative economy. It is substantiated the need for the intellectual capital management in order to improve efficiency of the business activities. The author considers system of the management decisions making and suggests combination of methods for the intellectual capital management.
