The article presents conceptual statements of managing economic changes in edu cational institutions activities of various organisational and legal status. The au thors have determined the managing direction effect on achieving desired economic result. They also have studied organizing and legal aspects in managing economic results and using proprietary complexes of socially oriented organizations of pro fessional education.
