Enterprise performance management based on maximizing the value

In this paper we propose a new scientific approach to the assessment and management of enterprise performance, when the present value of capitalized profits of the enterprise (or enterprise value) is the best criterion for evaluating the activity of the enterprise in terms of its owners. Thus, the utility function is maximized with the owners.
