Quality management in railway transport

Rail transport is of particular relevance in the context of modern trends in logistics transformation. The article presents the concept of quality management in railway transport. The elements of the concept are considered from the position of strategic management at JSC Russian Railways: the choice of a reference strategy for diversified growth, a description of the quality management system based on a functional quality management strategy, the implementation of a process approach, the use of digital tools in the transport industry.
