Telecommunication services quality management based on adaptive technological models

This article suggests an approach to increase the operating effectiveness of managed object models used in telecommunication service management. The approach is based on extending the operating capabilities of diagnostic models by using external monitoring components and adapting the requirements for object operation parameters. Adaptive requirements allow to reconfigure a telecommunication system and change telecommunication service parameters. The additional observed parameters are formalized by the technological models of the managed object. These models are based on temporal hierarchies of the requirements and operating capabilities of the managed object. The proposed method allows to dynamically react to changes in both telecommunication service conditions and user requirements.
