Quality management of housing construction by improving the environmental friendliness of housing construction

Creating a comfortable living environment is one of the primary tasks of the development of any territory, and urban planning today can and should act as the most effective tool to achieve this goal. It (urban planning) is designed to meet the housing needs of citizens, and will provide them with a high quality of life in general. The scientific article examines the principles of quality management of housing development; analyzes and evaluates the level of urban development on the example of Krasnoyarsk; highlights the main factors influencing the quality of residential development of the city; assesses the impact of environmental friendliness on the quality of residential development.
