Directions for efficient use of labor potential, the application of the state program for personnel policy, strengthening the process of selection, training and placement of personnel on the enterprises of agroindustrial complex and contributes to the security of its employees, which in turn has a huge impact on the profitability and unprofitability of enterprises.
