The approach of personnel management, focused on the formation of a comprehensive assessment of personnel management, based on a monitoring system according to a group of criteria, is considered. The key approach of the company’s management for the development, recruitment and training of promising employees is «cultivation of personnel». «Personal development» provides for the adaptation of an employee in a specific position. The formation of a reserve of personnel is practiced at most industrial enterprises. t is carried out in order to promote employees with high managerial competence necessary to fill a vacant position in the enterprise. The creation of a personnel reserve is an integral part of the career management system. It should include employees with high performance indicators and positive recommendations from the top management of the organization.
