Communication, as an integral part of the success of any project, is a connecting link, a thread through which communication between project team members is carried out. The relevance of the topic of the article lies in the fact that most of the process of project execution is precisely the correctly built joint communication between its participants. Communication management of the project must be well organized and worked through three main processes: planning, management and control. This will minimize conflicts within the team and deviations from the expected result.
