Management of the company based on the principles of lean production

The article considers one of the modern methods of improving enterprise management - the concept of lean production. The main tools and methods of Lean - approach at the enterprise are analyzed. Transformation into a lean enterprise will require the development of «corporate competencies» that will provide a new leadership style, new ways of thinking and working, and a culture focused on value and continuous improvement. The concept of lean production, based on the constant quest to eliminate all kinds of losses, a technology of permanent cost reduction, and the active involvement of employees in the process of converting enterprises in the fierce market competition to enhance the competitiveness and sustainability of the enterprise market.
