Management of conflicts in the organization

The article is devoted to the problem of conflict in the collective of the organization, the problem of low conflictological competence of employees and managers is touched upon. The article examines the role of the conflict management system, as well as the tasks of management in this field. Within the framework of the article, the essence of conflict management, methods of conflict resolution is revealed.
