Management of competitive sustainability on the basis of organizational design in the sphere of housing and communal services

The article discusses the content and interrelation of concepts «competitiveness»,«competitive sustainability» and «organizational design». It provides the author’sdefinition of competitive sustainability and organizational design in relation tothe sphere of housing and communal services. It defines the basic properties of thecompanies providing public utility services and terms of competitive sustainabilityof enterprises in this industry.
