The article is devoted to the discussion of a new trend in the field of management - the formation of a new type of staff, namely creative staff. The relevance of the research topic is associated with the perception of creative staff as the driving force of modern entrepreneurship. This area today is extremely promising and undeservedly underestimated in terms of its labor potential. The article provides an overview of the most important theories of personnel management, analyzes the modern concepts of working with creative staff, identifies the complexity and new practices of creative personnel management. As an analysis of the current situation in the labor market, where not only professional knowledge is becoming increasingly valuable in the labor market, skills, but also the ability of the modern employee to produce new ideas and adapt their knowledge to the current professional situation.
