Management of interethnic (international) harmony: the study of the issue and management practice

The paper states that the issue of managing interethnic harmony, including the problem of decentralized regulation of interethnic harmony, has not received due theoretical coverage in Russian science. However, in recent years, despite the poor development of theoretical and methodological issues of regulating interethnic harmony, the practice of transferring management powers to subordinate levels of power is progressing. The existing imbalance between the theoretical development of the issue of decentralization of interethnic harmony management and management practices hinders the optimization of relations between the center and the regions.
