This study discusses the specific aspects of managing the motivation of the personnel of a commercial organization in modern conditions of housekeeping. Particular attention is paid to the development and implementation of measures related to increasing the level of employee motivation, as well as to the analysis of the key material and non-material motivational factors on which it is based.
