Department of municipal assets: ideology and main improvement

The authors propose an approach to the management of municipal property, according to which the resources of the municipality (land, property, property rights, money, goodwill, etc.) are considered as a combination of municipal assets (portfolio of municipal assets). This approach allows you to create the desired portfolio management for both current and long-term goals and objectives according to the socio-economic development of the municipality.
