Management of heritage property: issues of law enforcement practice

This article discusses the current problems associated with the emergence of the institute of inheritance property management in the Russian legislation in terms of inheritance law, in particular, the trust management of inheritance property. The article highlights the characteristic features of the trust management of hereditary property, and also draws attention to the existing problems of legal application and the unresolved individual issues in its part.
