The article looks into factors that influence the process of the sustainable development of a high-technology enterprise. Mechanisms of formation of firms intellectual assets are examined; peculiarities of value assessment of the knowledge management system are characterized. Hence, the set of rules is described, which allows choosing a method of value assessment and identifying basic parameters of the necessary economic-mathematical model.
