The article is devoted to the management of public opinion in mass events. Deals with the concept of public opinion, its characteristics and role in the modern world. Based on the analysis of the literature identified the main qualities and features of mass behavior, and such phenomena as the crowd and mass panic. Also, the main ways of influencing the crowd, by the psychological impact.
