Management of common property in right of common share property in Russia and in the countries of the German-speaking legal circle

The necessity of establishing a uniform rate for all types of common property in the system of legal regulation of management of common property. The comparative analysis of regulatory experience management of common property in the laws of the German legal circles (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Russia. Suggests ways of improving the Civil Code of the Russian Federation regarding ownership rights on the management of common property.
