Human resource management based on big data analytics is becoming more common. The ^field of personnel management based on big data analytics brings new opportunities for more effective recruitment, management, retention and optimization of personnel. However, as organizations collect increasing amounts of personal and business data about their employees, they increase the risks and number of ethical issues to the security and transparency of such data, as well as to the resolution of their processing. Now organizations need to develop and have stable and reliable security guarantees, transparency measures and establish a clear understanding of the steps they take to process personal data of employees - otherwise the policy of such organizations and companies will cause great concern around the confidentiality of employees and abuse of their personal data.
