Personnel management in preschool educational institutions

This article discusses some problems of personnel management in preschool educational institutions for their solution by the system of state and municipal administration of the Kaluga region. More detailed studies of personnel management were conducted in the Municipal State Preschool Educational Institution "Kindergarten " Kolokolchik", Medyn, Medyn district. For the first time in the Kaluga region, the key functions of personnel management in preschool educational institutions were studied, some problems of their implementation were identified. The practical significance of the article lies in the fact that the solution of these problems by the system of state and municipal administration will make it possible to achieve the goals set for the system of preschool education.
