Skater training management in modern conditions

The article is devoted to the problem of managing the training of skaters in modern conditions, which is relevant for modern sports. Currently, the stage of sports development is characterized by a rapid growth of sports results, and, in many respects, due to the improvement of training methods. Managing the training process of athletes of different ages requires taking into account a number of features, such as: the discrepancy between biological and passport age, different sensitive periods of physical qualities development, the difference in model characteristics of competitive activity, etc. In addition, the most important point in this process is the choice of informative indicators of training effects on the main systems of the athlete's body. The main features of the proposed method are to improve the system of training skaters.
