Experimental results on forming pre-given laser modes from an illuminating Gaussian beam of a terahertz Novosibirsk Free Electron Laser (NovoFEL) at the wavelength of 141 m by use of binary silicon diffractive optical elements are presented. The experimental results are in good agreement with the results of computer simulation.
