Enterprise management in the context of the coronavirus pandemic

In this article, the relevance of the work is associated with the emergence of a pandemic, which showed the level of readiness for the crisis of each sector of the economy. The research methodology includes public analysis and analysis of the data provided by the Accounting Chamber of the Russian Federation. The paper considers the theoretical aspects of crisis management, methods of managing a company during a crisis. Based on the analysis of statistical data, conclusions are drawn and the results of the study are summarized.
