Managing the process of integration and disintegration in the electricity sector

In article theoretical aspects and methodical approaches to an assessment integration and disintegration processes in the region are considered. The conceptual field of the integrated structures, ways of education and a form of the organization of integration processes in Russia, and also the main forms of strategic integration interaction of the small and large organizations is presented, the technique of an assessment of efficiency of integration is offered.
