When enriching ores, it is very effective to use open control loops in which the quality of ore is used as input parameters. To determine the quality of the ore, an operative analysis of its elemental and mineral composition, impregnation of valuable components is carried out. Based on the results of the analysis, the formation of ore flows at the concentrator is carried out and effective processing regimes are maintained. Modern systems of vidiometric analysis of ore form the basis for effective automated management of enrichment processes, built on the principle of advanced estimation of ore grade. To improve the accuracy of measuring the mineral composition of the ore, a special device has been developed to ensure that the ore is cleaned of sludge. The device allows to achieve high accuracy of analysis of mineralogical composition of the ore.
