Management of the bank lending process (for example, RNKB Bank)

The article highlights the relevance and insufficient scientific elaboration of the issues of essence, content, formation and implementation of the bank's lending process in the field of lending operations as a tool in the bank's management system, determined the choice of topics, goals and objectives. The purpose of this article is to analyze and improve the lending process at RNKB Bank (PJSC). To achieve this objective, the paper analyzes the organization of the lending process at a commercial bank of a commercial bank RNK Bank (PJSC) and develop recommendations for improving the organization of the lending process. The object of the research is the process of lending to legal entities and individuals at RNKB Bank (PJSC). In the research process, the following research methods were used: structural-logical analysis; method of economic analysis; grouping method; various techniques of statistical methods, in particular comparisons - when comparing actual data for the relevant periods; methods of analysis and synthesis, induction and deduction.
