Management of the process of formation of leisure needs of adolescents in the conditions of the center of social assistance to family and children

He problem of organizing socially useful leisure activities of adolescents is important and relevant for any country in the world, which think about the future of the younger generation. At the present stage of development of social pedagogy, the different branches of psychology to the problems of finding and implementing different variants of organization of socially useful leisure activities of teenagers have acquired a new meaning, because there is already some research, realized by the existing experience of the different forms, methods of finding and implementing different variants of organization of socially useful leisure activities of adolescents. The problem of developing the content, methods, technology implementation options for the formation and leisure needs of adolescents in terms of the social assistance Centre for families and children (Cspsid), in terms of territorial centers of social services (TCSO) is interdisciplinary. Specialists of various scientific branches (teachers, psychologists, lawyers, doctors, sociologists, etc.) should be involved in its resolution. When organizing variable forms of leisure activities of adolescents should be based on the following priority principles: a) the child's free choice of types and areas of activity; b) orientation on personal interests, needs, abilities of the child; C) possibility of free self-determination and self-realization of the child in leisure activity. Cultural and leisure activities act as a means of socio-pedagogical correction of undesirable deviations in the behavior of adolescents. In the conditions of TSSO, Tsspsid it is expedient to select the means of leisure causing interest and desire of the teenager to participate in their realization. Activity of the teenager in cultural and leisure activity is provided taking into account his desires, the favorable atmosphere of self-realization, taking into account his expedient aspirations. An integrated approach to the organization of the process of cultural and leisure activities allows adolescents not only to freely choose in which of the classes to participate, but also creates conditions for certain emotional-volitional and moral-behavioral qualities, the implementation of generally accepted requirements, compliance with the norms of interpersonal relations.
