Enterprise production management in the digital economy

The article discusses the key aspects of enterprise production management in the digital economy. The article examines modern technologies used to improve production efficiency, as well as their impact on the competitiveness of enterprises. A comparative analysis of digitalization in production management between Kyrgyzstan and other countries is presented. Problems have been identified and recommendations have been proposed for the adaptation of enterprises to the digital economy.
