Management of innovative projects development

The article carries out a comparative analysis of the two systems (domestic and foreign) of automation of railway classification yards by means of mathematical tools. The authors suggest a mathematical model comparing the innovative development of two automation projects, taking into account innovations’ parameters and respective environment.
