Management of cluster structures development on the basis of their life cycles

The article discusses the life cycle model of the territorial cluster. The basis for differentiation of life cycle stages is the cluster orderliness as a complex description of the interaction between participating companies. The authors consider the possible measures of state administrative impact on the clusters of different life cycle stages.
