Development management of future lawyers’ communicative competence

Communicative competence is an important component of any professional activity. Its formation and development is a priority of higher education institutions during the process of future graduates training. Lawyer’s professional activity has its own specificity that, in turn, marks an imprint on business professional communication. In this regard, at a stage of training of future lawyers it is necessary to pay special attention to formation and development of communicative competence of students of law departments. In this article the author attempts to identify the pedagogical conditions that ensure the effective development of future lawyers’ communicative competence in system of higher education.
