The current state and prospects for the development of organic production in the Russian Federation are presented. An assessment of the potential of producers of organic products is given. Measures of state support for the market of organic products in the Russian Federation are proposed. Recommendations are made on the development of tools for collective certification, support for a favorable image of organic producers, subsidies for certification, as well as administrative and marketing support for the organic market.
